Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click "Create Account" on the homepage or navigate to the Sign Up page. Enter your name, email, and a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
Do I need an account to watch events?
Yes. You need a verified account to purchase and watch events on Venu.
Purchasing Events
How do I buy access to an event?
Navigate to the event page and click "Order Now." You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to complete your payment. Once purchased, the event will appear in your account under "My Events."
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
What are bundles?
Bundles let you purchase access to multiple events at a discounted price. Check the Bundles page to see available offers.
Can I gift an event to someone?
Yes! On the event page, click "Send as Gift." Enter the recipient's email and an optional message. They'll receive a gift code to redeem access.
I have a promo code. How do I use it?
On the event page, look for the "Promo Code" field below the price. Enter your code and the discount will be applied before checkout.
Watching Events
How do I watch a live event?
Once you've purchased access, go to the event page when the event is live. The stream will start automatically. You can also find your purchased events under "My Events" in the navigation.
Can I watch on my phone or tablet?
Yes. Venu works on any modern browser on desktop, mobile, and tablet. You can also add Venu to your home screen as a progressive web app (PWA) for a native-like experience.
Can I cast to my TV?
Yes. If you have a Chromecast-compatible device, you'll see a cast icon in the video player. Click it to cast the stream to your TV.
The stream is buffering. What should I do?
The player automatically adjusts quality based on your connection. If you're experiencing issues, try lowering the quality manually from the settings icon in the player, or check your internet connection.
Account Management
How do I change my password?
Go to Account → Security to change your password. You'll need to enter your current password to set a new one.
How do I view my purchase history?
Go to Account → Purchases to see all your past purchases and their status.
How do referrals work?
Go to Account → Referrals to find your unique referral link. When someone signs up using your link and makes a purchase, you earn credit toward future events.
Troubleshooting
I purchased an event but can't see it.
Check your purchase history under Account → Purchases. If the payment shows as completed but the event isn't accessible, try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact support.
I didn't receive my verification email.
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, try registering again with the same email or contact support for assistance.
The page isn't loading properly.
Try clearing your browser cache, disabling browser extensions, or using a different browser. Venu works best on the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
