1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Venu ("the Platform"), operated at thevenuapp.live, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To purchase events or access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your password, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Purchases & Access

Venu offers pay-per-view access to live and recorded events. When you purchase an event, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view that event through the Platform. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable fees unless otherwise stated.

4. Digital Content

All events, streams, and recordings available on Venu are digital content. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that access is granted immediately and that certain refund limitations apply as described in our Refund Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or record any content from the Platform
• Attempt to bypass access controls or authentication systems
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referral programs

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to streams, recordings, graphics, and branding, is owned by Venu or its content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access purchased content may be revoked without refund if the termination is due to a violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Venu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
