Refund Policy

Venu provides access to live and recorded digital events. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. We understand that exceptions may apply and evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund automatically. Refunds for cancelled events are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from watching a purchased event (such as sustained stream outages on our end), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. We evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis. Issues caused by your internet connection or device are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@thevenuapp.live with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The event name and date
  • A description of the issue

Refund requests should be submitted within 48 hours of the event. Requests made after this window may not be eligible.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Bundles & Gifts

Bundle purchases are refunded in full if no events from the bundle have been accessed. If any events have been viewed, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Gift purchases follow the same policy — the purchaser is the party eligible for any refund.
